I am 54yr old qualified Nursery Nurse /PSW who have been working in the healthcare field for the past 34yrs. I specialize in working with children and adults with special needs. Mobility and cognitive issues. I have excellent observational and evaluation skills. I am able to customize care plans specifically geared to each client needs as well as provide verbal and written feed back when required. I can prepare nutritional meals from scratch and keep a tidy environment. I am CPR and Crisis intervention certified.
