I have worked in one of the Government hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for almost 9 years as a Nurse Assistant in Adult Medical Surgical Unit. We usually cater different patient in our unit. Duties and Responsibilities : =helping patients with their daily activities like: Feeding, change clothes, bathing, groom patients by brushing their hair, teeth, shaving them, repositioning bedridden and perform other personal hygiene activities. =maintaining a clean and safe environment for each patient. =checking vital signs and documenting important signs =answering patient calls. =lifting and moving patients.
