● Good knowledge and understanding of cleaning and disinfection of a healthcare facility. ● Maintain and clean hazard work free environment. ● Washing, drying, sorting, folding and distribution of all residents linens and clothes. ● Replenish paper towels, toilet papers and hand soap for sanitation and hygiene purposes. ● Provide medical care to senior citizens and perform various preventive and rehabilitative nursing actions. ● Transporting or escorting the patient to medical appointments ● Performed regular assessments of patient’s condition and communicated with patient’s family members. ● Responsible for patient’s personal care such as bathing, taking vital signs, NGT insertion & NGT feeding, turning for bed sore prevention, wound dressing, physiotherapy, grooming and assisting them with their daily medications. ● Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behaviour, and needs. ● Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks. ● Transfer patients with stable conditions for clinical appointment, ward transfers or hospital transfer. ● Comply with infection prevention and control practices in performing patient care activities
