I am a Certified Personal Support Worker with a recreation background, so I love helping and motivating seniors to live active and happy lives. My key qualities are that I am very caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable. I also have specialized training working with Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementias. I have helped with activities of daily living and light housekeeping. I am also great at assisting with recreational activities such as strength training/chair exercises, going for walks, brain stimulating games, cooking, going on outings, sing-a-longs, etc. I am single with no children and 42 years old.
