I worked as a Registered Nurse in my Home country, Philippines for almost 4years. I was assigned to different areas such as Medical Ward, Surgical Ward and out patient Department. Most of our patients are Geriatrics. I assisted them in their activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding and do wound care if needed. I collaborate to other sections of the hospital and physician to devise individualized care plan.
