My name is Elisa, and I am a compassionate and dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation, pharmacy, and senior care here in Canada. I am a foreign-trained physiotherapist who has worked extensively with seniors, including but not limited to people with Parkinsons, Alzheimer’s, Stroke and other complex conditions. Over the years, I’ve also served as an exercise instructor, fall prevention assessor for all seniors dwellings creating and leading customized wellness programs that improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. I take pride in being not only skilled and dependable, but also warm, funny, and approachable—qualities that help me build trust and strong connections with the people I care for. Whether supporting daily living activities or planning meaningful and engaging activities, I always strive to bring compassion, creativity, and professionalism to every client I serve.
