I'm so obsessed with the nannies. I just love them chatting with me and give care for them. I don't have more experience but atleast I can be a good caregiver person for the nannies because when I'm on my home country my nanny always told me that I'm the only one who can share her every problems and also she is so close to me rather than my parents.
