Worked in Home care looking after stage 3 Alzheimer's patient. Medication administration, blood pressure and glucose monitoring. Provided a safe environment during my 60 hour four day night shift. Helped patient from bed to bathroom with assistance and walker. Managed to understand patients needs even though patient regressed back to italian due to her Alzheimer's.
