My name is Gagan, a dedicated healthcare professional residing in Langley. With over three years of experience in the healthcare field, my primary goal is to enhance the quality of life for my patients through compassionate and attentive caregiving. I am proficient in a diverse range of duties including but not limited to oxygen administration, ambulation assistance, bathing and toileting assistance, meal planning, housekeeping, laundry, and much more. To further augment my caregiving skills, I've obtained certifications like CPR, Health Care Aides (HCA), and First Aid, along with my Bachelor's degree. Throughout my career, I've gained considerable experience working with patients suffering from various diagnoses including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Dementia, Diabetes, Speech and Hearing Impairment, and Osteoporosis, to name a few. It's my passion to work as a Caregiver/Companion or Personal Support Worker in retirement homes and clinics. My expertise also extends to specialized care such as Alzheimer/Dementia Care, Parkinson Care, Palliative Care, and patient positioning. I am available for part-time, live-out work and can cover a flexible schedule spanning most days of the week including weekends, from morning till night. My expected start date is 24th March, 2024. Please note that my preference is to assist adults and seniors, as I am not prepared to work with children with disabilities.
