I cared for an elderly gentleman, 95 years old and Ancaster. I was with him for 23 months caring for him. With heart issues lung issues dementia. My responsibilities: cleaning, meal preparation and making sure he eats healthy medication, distribution and reminders companionship, hygiene, care. Physio therapy needs and activities that would help with this dementia. palliative care was prevalent. I stayed with him till he passed away.

I was employed with Care Partners agency from August 2009 to March 2020. I left the company to pursue private care during this Covid pandemic
