I come from a small town in the UK and have recently moved to Canada. I love history, reading, movies, walking, cooking and listening to all sorts of music. I’m married with a nine year old son. I have only ever worked in the care sector and have worked my way up to achieve management status. I love caring for others and enjoy the person centred approach. My goal for my working life is to give those I care for the best possible care, encouraging independence and being attentive to their needs.

I have mainly worked for the elderly in care homes and in the community. I have experience of looking after those with dementia and also have experience of end of life care.
