Everyone appreciated her attitude and demeanour. She was fair, honest and validated all concerns in a professional way. She was introduced to us through a friend who has a caregiver. We have offered to be a reference as we’ve been pleased with the service received. Met almost two years ago now. She’s well-educated yet that didn’t come out until later. It are perfect sense though. We were happy with this choice.
