I am a retired teacher from the Philippines and is now a permanent resident in Canada. My late husband had a heart attack and a mini stroke at the same time. When he was released from the hospital, I had to make sure that he have a good diet and is taking his pills and doing light exercises. Since retiring from my teaching career for 33 years, I have stayed home and taken cared of my grandchildren and also tutored them during the pandemic whenever their parents needs help or their jobs did not allow them to skip work.
