Although I have not had any direct work experience with many elderly people, I greatly enjoy getting to know the older people in my church and community who have much wisdom and valuable advice to offer. It is my strong belief that elderly people are seriously overlooked and undervalued in our society and I would like to change that by engaging with them and learning from them. While I may not have much experience, I am quick to learn, easy to teach, compotent, hardworking, and reliable.
