Through my experience in the wellness industry I bring a positive and health conscious approach to my time with all my senior clients. Whether it's through companionship, wellness coaching, or providing help with errands, I pride myself on connecting with each client on a personal level to create a long lasting relationship. I am originally from Edmonton and have lived in Canmore for over a year now with my partner and dog. In my free time you can typically find me out hiking, paddle boarding, or practicing my photography. The time I spend with each client is personalized to their needs and the activities or hobbies they enjoy. I am very passionate about keeping our senior population independent and strong through movement.
