Hi, Hope you are doing well. My name is Akashdeep . I am from Punjab, India. I have done Diploma in Nursing in 2021 and have work experience of 03 years as a staff nurse and in Elderly care also. I have also experience in Pediatric Hospital for 01 year. Now I am working in ComFor Care as a PersonaI Support Worker. My hobbies are Painting, drawing, Art and Craft, reading story books and Gardening is one of my favorite. I had many plants and gardens in my back home which is major missing for me until today.I became a caregiver because I've always loved taking care of people. I'm the oldest child with four younger siblings, so my parents always needed my help with caring for my siblings.I've always been interested in work that involves helping others and making a positive impact. I have learned how to be patient and listen and be supportive, also professional, and responsible to do my duty and take care of them both. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for working in care. Also being able to listen and understand allows you to have an efficient career. In school, I volunteered at a care home in my community. I spent time having meaningful conversations with patients and helped prepare their meals. I enjoyed engaging with the residents and seeing them smile and laugh meant so much to me.
