I am an energetic, confident woman with a plethora of skills and experience to share. I have raised 3 children while working as a teacher as well as running my own businesses. My youngest son is 17 and still at home. I do not have any pets since our last dog passed 4 years ago but am thinking of getting one again. I love cooking healthy food and believe fitness and activity is a lifestyle, not a quick fix. Arts and crafts, board games and swimming are always in my life. As I had my level 5 ASL Certificate in the past, it would not take long to refresh my signing skills to help with communication with a deaf child, at an early level at least. I am a private chef, certified esthetician, barre fitness instructor, do dog walking and pet sitting and most recently took 4 of the 10 courses required to become a HCA.

My experience in adult service/care is in the areas of personal services( nail, skin, hair and body care), culinary services(meal design, prep, service), movement(stretching, relaxation, low cardio-light resistance training) and socialization(visits, games, handiwork, art/crafts). I have worked with those in high or moderate physical and mental conditions and those with limited mobility due to injury or illness as well as chronic conditions (special diets, cancer care, dementia, arthritis). Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I have been a Nanny, Home Maker, Aesthetician, Teacher, Chef, Barre Fitness Instructor, Private Chef and Housekeeper, Flight Attendant, and cared for senior and teenage family with Cancer, Heart Failure, Diabetes and Dementia.
