I have lived in several different countries over my lifetime. This has allowed me to have a broader perspective of how we as humans differ and are the same. Being a stay at home mom I was afforded the luxury of pursuing my many varied interests from healthy eating, safe cleaning alternatives, natural healing, to managing a busy household. I always look for a better, more efficient way, of accomplishing a task. I am well read and have a broad understanding of many subjects. I bring a higher level of understanding and compassion when taking care of my client.

I do whatever it takes to encompass an independent lifestyle. As a personal companion I engage in conversations that lead to social and emotional well being, finding hobbies or interests that engage my clients and give them a sense of purpose. I look to maintain my clients independent way of life by being vigilant to ergonomics in the home and in some cases preparing nutritious, healthy meals. Light housekeeping may be included in the overall needs of my client. I do have a vehicle with correct insurance, drivers abstract and vulnerable sector report as well as references.
