I am an honest and reliable Personal Support Worker/Caregiver who's looking to take care of an elderly client in their home. My services includes: • Light Meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner). • Assisting /Feeding / cueing with eating. • Assisting with tasks of daily living; bed bath, dressing, transferring, diaper change and other ADLs tasks. • Assisting with medications and medication reminders. • Preforming light housekeeping/ home management duties; vacuuming, washing dishes, laundry. • Providing Ostomy care. • Supporting the family. • Working along with doctors and nurses by reporting changes regarding client's needs on a daily basis. • Mental health care. • Companionship. • Occasionally shop for food Among others
