I have been assiting my clienst with their activities of daily livings. Assist them in and out of the bed to chair. Assist with g- tube(peg). Do light house keeping and cooking. I do assist her too with hoyer lift. Give them their medication as well. •My latest client for 2 years just passed away He has dementia. I do grocery shopping and meal preparation. I assist him in bathing and toileting. I clean and give him his medication. In his last stage of life i do hoyer lifting him from bed to chairs and chair to bed.
