She oversaw the younger children while they attended online school, which required a great deal of patience. She took the initiative to teach our youngest child Spanish, which was not required. My children loves her. After taking care of the children during the day, she continued with her academic courses in the evening given her long-term goal to attend graduate school. One frequently saw her study late into the evening. After she completed her au pair year with us, she proceeded with her dream to continue with her educational goals. Paola is a driven person who is not afraid to work hard in order to achieve her goals. Furthermore, she is a kind, friendly individual who is very dependable and works well with others. After living with her for close to a year, I believe she has the fortitude to perform well in any situation. I have seen her achieve goals after goals that she set for herself as she is a very hardworking, ambitious individual. I have no doubt that she will excel in your graduate program.
