The primary responsibility I hold in my current role involves each day. This is not just a once-off task, but is a daily routine adhere to. The time spent on each walk usually ranges between a span of 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the specific day. However, the exact each walk isn't fixed and can due to the fact of each walk is primarily determined by the individual needs, requirements, and preferences of each take care of. longer walks than others due to their breed, age, energy level, or health condition. For example, younger, healthier, or higher-energy breeds might require or prefer longer walks. Conversely, senior dogs, or those with health issues may , more frequent walks to their capacity. , and part of my job is recognizing and particular exercise needs. Thus, while my job might seem straightforward, it actually requires a good understanding of my clients (the dogs) and their diverse needs.

I worked from October 15 2021 to February 17 2024 Glenn suffered from dementia , daily routines would be walks outside after getting him up in the morning and having his breakfast going to the washroom getting him dressed and doing some activities. Made all his meals accompany him to all appointments with his wife Kathy ,As the year went on he struggled a little bit more with walking and being unsteady so he would need more help , he has vascular dementia which means we had to encourage drinking a lot during the day , I Also did three nights a week with him as well as the five days care. During this last year and his last weeks i stayed around the clock when Glenn got sick and suffered from bacterial pneumonia And Covid and could not fight it off and unfortunately sad day came and he passed . It was truly my honour to take care of such wonderful man

I worked with Rita’s dad who had Parkinson For approximately two years in which time I could go in the morning and get him out of bed and get him ready to start his day . he would then go to the washroom and clean up and go to his chair where he would have breakfast and we would do our daily exercising and then he would have a little nap. After nap we have lunch. Then we would go to the bathroom before I would leave for the day. I would also come back at night To get them ready for bed take to the washroom change and put sleep apnoea machine on before putting him in bed for the night
