My experience with taking care of animals has been enhanced by my volunteer and personal experiences. Along with my time as a volunteer with the Ottawa Humane Society, I have also looked after my family's two pitbulls, including seeing one through knee surgery. I understand not only how important it is to approach the care of each animal individually but also that they must always feel safe and cared for no matter the situation. I have always found fulfillment in being a pet parent and community advocate for animals and would love to translate that into providing your furry friend with whatever care that may require while you are away.

I do not have any paid experience but I have been a volunteer with the Ottawa Humane Society for the past five years and have worked with cats in socializing them and ensuring they are ready for adoption. I am also currently a pet parent to two rabbits for the past 9 years and one cat for 11 years and have extensive experience in managing their complex care.
