I've always had a deep-rooted love and affection for animals. Growing up, there were always various pets that were a part of my life, in particular, cats. I found myself sharing my home with 12 of these majestic creatures at one point. But it didn't just stop at having them as pets. I also embarked on a mini-mission of sorts to protect and rescue felines that needed help, resulting in me saving a significant number of cats over the years. This active involvement with animals was an extension of my upbringing. I was constantly surrounded by animals from a young age which shaped the person I became - a dedicated lover and rescuer of animals, and a fervent believer in their right to live safe, happy lives.
