Throughout my life, pets have been special to my family. I have grown up with many dogs, a couple cats and other animals. As an adult, I completed 3 grades of dog behavioural training with my golden retriever. I also volunteered at a pet rescue in Central America where I worked with managing behavioural and disruptive dogs. Although I have no paid experience in pet care, pets have been a large part of my life.

I am a 27 year old Australian who in on a working holiday visa and living in Canmore. I plan on being here for 1.5yrs. I have grown up around animals and miss my family dog back home very much so would love to hang out and help whatever animals that are in need! My interests and hobbies are animals, hiking, tennis, reading and traveling. I'm looking forward to needing you and your pets. I had 2 dogs and 2 turtles growing up and I was my responsibility it train, walk, feed and give them all lots of love. I have pet minded for family and friends back in Australia.

I'm a dynamic girl who loves being outdoors and doing lots of sport (running, cycling, swimming, hiking). I also like very simple activities like reading a good book, doing needlepoint or a puzzle. Hi, I’m Becci! I’m originally from a very small British island called Guernsey, in-between England and France. I have recently moved to Canmore and I look forward to enjoying the mountain lifestyle over the forthcoming year. I read philosophy, politics and law at university and then I gained over 3.5 years professional experience working in the Guernsey Government advising politicians on social policy and legislation. During this time, I also completed training to become a Listening Volunteer with the Samaritans, a charity dedicated to reducing feelings of isolation and disconnection that can lead to suicide. Through this experience, I developed a deep sense of empathy and compassion by helping individuals navigate difficult emotional situations. I was then fortunate to be able to take a career break and travel around the world for a couple of years before relocating to Canada. I enjoy all forms of art and love to read and doodle for fun. I am learning to play the drums with the dream of one day becoming a rock star legend. I also love listening to jazz, the blues, hip-hop, samba, and more folksy styles of music. I enjoy staying fit and active by skiing, boxing, hiking and long-distance running. I’d consider myself an energetic and friendly person. I’m highly organized and confident around animals. I love animals and I have two cats named Smokey and Splodge. Experience house sitting and looking after family and friend’s cats and dogs. This involved feeding, exercising, cleaning, and playing with animals.
