Working with Briana, a 32 year old girl, who has never walked, talked and has to be fed food and water. I take care of her needs, as instructed by her grandparents of where she resides. I talk to her and play with her in between feedings. I look after her other needs, diaper, urine bag, change her clothes, apply ointments, calm her when she is angry and in pain. There is much patience needed by caregivers during the feeding of her juice, which is thickened water with a bit of apple juice. This is her only fluid so its important she gets it. I am still working with her 1-2 shifts a week.

I have worked as a Subcontractor cleaning houses, offices, renovations, move outs, move ins, both with others (Move outs, often have two people) and on my own. I have worked for people as a "Girl Friday", doing numerous and varied tasks such as: walking the dog, caring for someone with a broken ankle, doing Admin work, errands (both business and home), gardening, cleaning and even packing up the house to move!
