We are a family of four, two adults and two girls ages 6 and 2 years. Our girls love to play with one another, they are full of energy and very loving. We both work full-time and the girls are in school during the day. We live in the High Park area, close to transit. Life with young kids is busy, so we are looking for someone who can really jump in and help wherever is needed. The role we are looking to fill is for a household helper / nanny. Your main responsibilities would be daily maintenance of the house (light cleaning, organizing, tidying, meal prep, cooking, family laundry, and other responsibilities as needed), to pick-up the girls after school, and care for them at home or take them to their activities. There may also be the opportunity to do some babysitting occasionally on weekends. We have a preference for someone who is a native Spanish speaker and will speak to the girls exclusively in Spanish. Someone who is energetic, highly organized and takes initiative. We are looking for 4 to 5 hours of help on a set schedule, Monday to Friday for 4 days during the week in the afternoons (approximately 1pm to 5-6pm), with the potential of one longer day during the week.
