The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall tidiness of a private residence located in King City, ON. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently to ensure the residence is kept in pristine condition.
This is a permanent, full or part-time, live-out, role with predominantly weekday hours.
Primary Responsibilities
-Detailed cleaning of the family residence.
-Keeping the residence tidy and organized.
-Assist in the backyard and pool cleanliness.
-Meal preparation.
-Full Laundry cycle and bed preparation.
-Running errands and grocery shopping.
-Trash and recycling management.
-Inventory management and replenishment.
-Other duties may be required.
Job Requirements
-3+ years of working in a private residence or similar role.
-Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (No sponsorship).
-Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
-Personable, friendly, warm, and approachable.
-Ability to anticipate the needs of the family.
-Trustworthy and flexible with a can-do attitude.
-Willing to maintain high levels of privacy.
Certificates/Licenses
-Full G license and a reliable vehicle is required (millage reimbursed).
Additional information
-Schedule: Monday – Friday, hours to be discussed (flexibility to work evenings or weekends is required).
Salary
-$35.00 - $40.00 Per hour. Salary is commensurate with experience and candidate qualities/capabilities.
