I'm seeking a committed, professional housekeeper for various housekeeping tasks ensuring a consistently clean, organized home. Duties include: cleaning house interiors and nearby exteriors; kitchen management, including dish washing, appliance cleaning, and floor maintenance; laundry services; meal prep; occasional special occasion cooking and serving; grocery runs; errands; guest hosting; plant care; closet management; pantry organization and spoiled goods disposal. House sitting duties apply in your absence. Additional responsibilities include bed-making, linen changing, house security, exterior appliance cleaning, and ironing. A driver's license is required. The role can be live-in or live-out, full-time or part-time, typically mid-day Monday to Friday for 20 - 30 hours weekly.
