Position: Temporary Personal Assistant Hours + Location: 2-3 hours per day, 5 days a week in Georgetown (starting asap in August - ending first week of November) Compensation: $20 per hour About Me: I’m a wedding photographer, podcaster and course creator that values the harmony between my personal and professional life. As I approach a busy period in my business where I’ll be relaunching my annual program that helps photographers stop hitting burnout so that they have the life harmony they desire, I’m going to be needing extra support so that I can show up as best I can for my future students, AND for my family at home. I don’t believe I need to compromise anything and I know I can have it all, but I know I can’t do it alone, and so I’m looking for someone eager to provide the support I need. From running errands, cooking, cleaning, and strategically organizing spaces in our home, your contributions will directly impact my mission to bring about BIG positive and transformative changes in my community. And I’ll definitely be sharing the impact you’re helping me create as we go :) What I Need Help with: - Running errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office, donation drop off, etc.) - Managing the whole laundry process (washing, drying, putting away) - General house cleaning (dishwasher, garbage disposal, vacuuming, cleaning countertops, dusting, etc.) - Deep cleaning areas of the home when needed (including bathrooms, baseboards, mopping, etc.) - Cooking (Batch cooking one or two lunches for the week, and 3 Hello Fresh dinners) - Outdoor garden maintenance (weeding, mowing lawn, etc.) - Organization problem solving (creating solutions for different areas of the house that will keep those spaces tidy in a sustainable way and then following that system) - Wrapping client album orders Qualities I'm looking for: - Passion for helping others and a genuine desire to contribute to their success + the positive impact they desire to create. - Great at organizing + forseeing/planning what to get done the rest of the week - Open communicator - keeping lines of communication open so there are no misunderstandings - Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs. - Prior experience in personal assistance is not necessary but a bonus!
