My name is Rossane . I came from Philippines last 2014 here in Winnipeg and I started to work as housekeeper until 2016. I studied healthcare aide in 2015. I am a certified healthcare aide. I worked in the facility for 8 years and I have decided to explore more. Today, I am ready and very much interested to do housekeeping as this gives me the freedom to explore more of my time. Since I love cleaning, I find it very interestesting and satisfying cleaning offices and seeing the people who works there smiling and happy because they have a clean place to work. Myself gets motivated also when my place or workplace is clean and that makes me do more. I am a hardworking person that can work with minimal supervision. I am flexible and open for criticism because I believe that this will improve yourself more and make yourself more productive.

I have experienced working in the big company offices and clinics as well. I was employed in housekeeping company dealing with offices, commercial. I also used to train people who's doing housekeeping as well. My experience in housekeeping gives me a sense of purpose. It makes me happy seeing the offices really clean and the good feedback I'm getting from the employees and my employer gives me motivation to do my job properly. I love doing my job.
