Hello! My name is Pema, a 43-year-old Bhutanese man currently residing in Richmond. I am seeking a part-time position in housekeeping or as a commercial cleaner, household manager, maid/cleaner, or personal assistant. I would prefer a live-out arrangement and my main focus would be on house and apartment cleaning. I have one year of working experience and I am planning to start on the 27th of April, 2024. Despite studying for an MBAF at UCW, I make it a point to adjust my schedule to meet the demands of my part-time work. I have expansive availability throughout the week varying from morning, middle of the day, and night shifts. I am flexible and open to relocation, if necessary. Without a driver's license and a personal vehicle, I might not be able to travel for work. However, I make up for this by being a highly disciplined worker and have the capacity to perform any physical work that the job demands. Though not a non-smoker nor a skilled swimmer, I am competent in maintaining a clean home environment. My duties usually involve thorough cleaning of each room in the house, kitchen cleaning such as washing dishes, cleaning appliances, and sanitizing counters and floors. I am also proficient in laundry tasks, ironing, and meal preparation and service. My English, both spoken and written, is proficient which enables effective communication in accomplishing tasks or addressing concerns. I am also a caring father, thus I am accustomed to maintaining a well-managed home environment. Please note that I am more than willing to obtain a police check if required.
