Hello my name is Jennifer and I have a diploma in Social Services with 15 years of experience in the field. I have worked with those with developmental delays, mental illnesses, physical disabilities and the elderly. I believe a sense of belonging is important to an individual's well-being. To achieve this socialization and community integration are key. No one should ever feel alone or be isolated.
