I am a mother of 2 kids. As I mother I have experienced in taking care of children and taking care of my household. For several years, I have been a property manager for more than 22 units. I deal with the day-to-day operations of buildings and the well-being of tenants. I have developed a strong ability to work with people and provide prompt, courteous and professional service. I have a lot of patience with clients and I am able to listen well to them and advisors as needed. I am constantly looking to improve my customer service. Over the years, I have developed a great sense of organization and prioritization of the tasks to be performed. I can adapt to different situations, and I try to be always effective and attentive in the accomplishment of my tasks.

I worked for properties management company to clean all their apartment units after each departure of tenants. I also did some painting job for them.
