She took extra shifts when we couldn’t find other caregivers She stayed after her assigned shifts and trained some of our other caregivers in using some of the equipment we had rented for our dad like an electric wheelchair. From the beginning, Meredith was incredibly responsive to our needs and able to help us navigate a difficult situation, having two parents diagnosed with dementia, and our father having lost his mobility.
