I have a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Santo Tomás in Chile. I have a diploma for pastry and baking from Sercotec in Chile as well. I have worked as a cook in Easter Island and I was in charge of banquets and breakfast services. I was also a pastry chef in a hotel in Easter Island. I have worked in a Kosher kitchen in Muskoka as a special diet chef. I made sure all the dietary needs of children with allergies and food restrictions were met. It was important for me that the menu I created was flavourful.
