I am a Red Seal Chef with over 40 years working in and managing large scale food service operations. I hold a vaild Emergency Medical Responders certification as well as being a certified trainer of the Canadian National Food Safety Training Program. For the last 20 years I have been working in remote mining opertations in the Canadain Arctic and Greenland. I have experience working and preparing foods from most major cultures.
