I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Started my first kitchen job downtown Toronto as a dishwasher. I worked my up there, before moving to Orangeville where i started managing a sports bar kitchen. Then i moved back to Toronto, and ran 2 places there before I decided to move to the Cayman Islands. My first job there was in an Italian restaurant, where I stayed for 6 months. After that I got offered a job running the highest rated seafood restaurant on the Island. I then parted ways to pursue a new company which was a fine dining steakhouse/butchery. Where I learned to butcher everything from quail, to ostrich. I was going to leave the Island before a friend approached me and asked me to help her open the first Vegan restaurant on island, so I decided to stay and open that up. I have experience in all aspects of the kitchen, including all management aspects. I have been a private chef for about 5 years and have done that alone the whole time.

Ive just moved back from spending 8 years in the cayman islands. Working as executive chef in 2 of the highest rated restaurants. and Also was executive chef in opening the very first vegan restaurant on island. During this time I was also a private chef for a few families.
