My parents were born in Mexico, and I'm from Texas. Mexican/Southern food is my specialty! My background is Mennonite, and they specialize in pierogies, and sausage. I love trying new recipes, and also love making desserts! I'm a very clean and organized person, and always keep my hair tucked away when cooking.

I grew up in a family that does their own baking and cooking from scratch, even butchering meat! My mom makes some food to sell, so I don't have experience, but I've been around my mom while she does it. And I absolutely love baking and cooking!
