Hello! My name is Natália, a passionate and experienced cook who originally hailed from Brazil, now proud to call Montreal my home. With 16 years of professional cooking under my belt, I am well-versed in the art of creating delectable meals. I have a particular fondness for Italian cuisine, though I also enjoy bringing the rich and vibrant flavors of my native Brazilian food into my dishes. As a versatile cook, I can deftly maneuver between cooking children's meals to preparing dietary meals. I can also handle additional kitchen tasks such as washing dishes, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, and even baking or pastry preparation. A healthy dose of baking always adds a touch of sweetness to every menu! While my heart is in the kitchen, I am also open to various roles within the field. My preferred job types are being a Cook for Childcare/School settings or becoming a personal Family cook. I am eager to bring nutritious yet tasty food to children's school lunches. For me, cooking is more than just a mechanic routine. It is a form of art, an expression of culture and love. Apart from English, I speak Portuguese fluently, a little of Spanish and I'm studying French, which gives me an edge in terms of understanding different culinary cultures and blending them into my cooking style. I am a non-smoker and can work part-time from Monday to Sunday. I am adaptable, hence I can adjust to either morning or evening shifts during weekdays, and am readily available throughout the day during weekends. Please note that while I do possess a driver's license, I do not have a personal vehicle for job use. However, this doesn't hinder my ability to travel or even relocate if the job requires. I look forward to the possibility of providing a delightful culinary experience, designed for palates young and old alike.
