Hi, I’m Chloé and I’m 24. I am a self-taught cook and have been learning and improving for the past 10 years, ever since I made the switch to a vegan/plant-based diet. I love to try out new recipes, or recreate some favorites. My friends and family are always complimenting me on my cooking, and nothing brings me more joy than to be able to share my passion for delicious food with others. I have no formal education or restaurant cooking experiences (only waitressing and bartending), but I have hosted several dinner parties, for which I have been in charge of designing menus as well as preparing and serving the meals. I am flexible in the types of cuisines my future employer requires that I cook, and always remain curious to discover the flavours of the world. As a person with a strict diet and as a former really picky eater, I treat with the upmost importance everyone’s dietary restrictions and preferences.
