As a mother of 2 children and a professional chef for Cirque du Soleil, I've had the privilege of cooking for high performing athletes, their families and children in over 12 different countries. The skills & knowledge I've acquired working within this special environment have equipped me to be very adaptable, personable and creative. Unlike a restaurant, I was cooking for the same people everyday providing a different menu for both lunch and dinner while taking into consideration the 25 different nationalities, dietary restrictions and personal needs of a group of up to 150 people. My family and I settled in Montreal 5 years ago and I became a private chef in order to maintain the balance of my love and enthusiasm for cooking with spending valuable time with my family. The idea of helping other families spend more time together through my services, brings me great joy. My focus is towards families and children. I offer personalized menus for families from simple and healthy options to more adventurous ones and even for the selective little eaters.

I went to culinary school in Brazil where I was born. After graduating, I worked for a 5 star resort in Brazil for 3 years. That was when Cirque du Soleil arrived in my home town and I left to cook and travel around the world. During my 15 years career at Cirque du Soleil I worked as a Chef, Kitchen Manager and as a VIP consultant for multiple productions. I was in charge of menus, suppliers, hiring and training staff to provide balanced meals to staff and crew in an itinerary kitchen. After settling in Montreal I have become a private Chef.
