My name is Porscha and I have years of cooking experience from a variety of different cultures and am always looking to learn more. I've always loved cooking growing up as well as working with different seasonings and flavours. In fact, I was the top of my class when it came to seasonings that I had been dubbed 'The Spice Queen' due to not only my flavourful skill but also my high tolerance for spice back then. Nowadays, I'm looking to be a personal chef preferably for a family that way I can continue to improve my abilities by adjusting to preferences but individuals and many other situations are fine with me.
