My name is Alex and I am a 29-year-old woman with 9 years of working experience in the culinary field. I have a Culinary Arts Diploma and possess special skills in modern cooking technology, as well as knowledge of sanitary and hygienic standards. My educational background, combined with my experience in the confectionary industry, sushi preparation, managing other employees, barbecuing, professional plating, and catering, allows me to bring a diverse range of skills to the table. I am well-versed in preparing Canadian, Italian, Middle Eastern, Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Eastern European, and French cuisine. Additionally, I can perform various cook duties including table setting and serving, cooking children's meals, keeping the kitchen clean, baking/pastry preparation, purchasing products, washing dishes, organizing and making food for events, taking other orders from the employer, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, and creating a menu tailored to the preferences of the employer. I am currently looking for a part-time job as a private/personal cook, pastry chef, family cook, or cook for childcare/school. I am available on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in the morning, middle of the day, and evening. I have a work permit, do not smoke, and can swim well.
