I was previously a kitchen manager for a restaurant in Langley for 4 years and have lots of experience in the kitchen and leading a kitchen to be efficient and yet still make amazing food while considering allergies. I was previously a camp kitchen Lead and helped plan and pack all off-site meals and portion and prepare meals. I also helped make on-site meals for all campers staying at the camp. I also worked as a Dining room attendant, pizza cook and chef at a University in the USA for over a year. * I have Food Safety Level 1 and Serve It Right certifications.
