I am honored to share that I have successfully completed my journey through culinary school. The whole process, filled with countless hours of learning, practicing, and self-refining of my cooking skills. I've been intensely immersed into a wide variety of cuisines and cooking techniques that span across different cultures around the world. I'm thrilled to graduate with deep knowledge and understanding about food preparation, presentation and food safety, which I believe are invaluable assets for any aspiring chef. I regard this accomplishment as an opening door to an exciting adventure in the world of gastronomy. There’s no better joy than to combine passion and education – in my case, a passion for cooking and a formal culinary education – and wrap it into a fulfilling career. This graduation is not the end but only the start of my journey in the culinary arts.

I worked/trained at the hotel in the Philippines. I was assigned at the hot kitchen for 6 months and 6 months in front desk. I learned different cuisines.
