Hello, my name is Martina and I come from Edmonton. For the past 2 years, I've honed my culinary skills across various cuisines such as Canadian, Italian, Thai, French, Kosher as well as special diets which include vegetarian and vegan dishes. My skills aren't merely limited to culinary preparations. I'm also adept in tasks such as purchasing ingredients, keeping the kitchen clean, table setting, servicing and even baking. My responsibilities have extended beyond the kitchen as well, leading me to organize and cater for events, manage employees and prepare children's meals. I am proud of my special skills which include professional plating, barbecuing, extensive knowledge of sanitary and hygienic standards, in-depth understanding of modern cooking techniques and especially, sushi preparation. In terms of my availability, I am able to accommodate a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday. Given my experience and skills, I am primarily seeking part-time positions as a personal or family cook or a cook for a childcare/school. However, please note that I am looking for a Live-Out arrangement and I am unable to relocate or travel for work.
