I am married (2nd marriage in October 2023), we have 11 kids between us (I have 8 of my own and 3 grandkids). I graduated with honours from NorQuest as an Administrative Professional in 2023. I work part time in an office now. I love singing and take lessons, go to karaoke and enter competitions. I even win sometimes. I love movies and Star Trek, healthy living, nature and send improvement.

I’ve been a Deli Chef - in charge of cooking all the foods sold in the deli hot case (whole chickens, fried chicken of various types, soups, vegetables, etc). Ensuring food safety by temping and keeping logs of food temperature and their time in the warming case. Detailed cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen implements and equipment. Previous to that I was a cook at McDonald’s. I often do meals for my regular nanny positions as well and have cooked for my own family of 10 members for many years. I can make basic dishes or create from a recipe given to me.
