I am a mom of 2 grown adult girls . I am Italian and love to cook for those who love to eat . I am not a foodie myself but I love the chemistry of the kitchen and trying new foods . I get bored of cooking and eating the same thing over and over again . I like the spice of life and have probably have 30 different spices in my cupboard . I love learning about the different foods of the world and how they are prepared and try them . The world is rich with culture and kitchen and food expertise beyond North America . We have much to learn from the world and earth .

I have many hears if cooking various food plans for my family, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, keto, paleo, low fodmap, carb counting, raw cooking and many different ethic styles . I am always willing to learn and experiment .
