Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Private Chef to join our household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing dinner and next-day lunch for a family of three (two adults and one child). This role requires culinary expertise, a passion for creating delicious meals, and the ability to accommodate dietary preferences and needs.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dinner for a family of three, ensuring meals are balanced, healthy, and tailored to the family's preferences.
Prepare a lunch for the child for the following day.
Plan weekly menus in collaboration with the family, considering dietary restrictions or preferences.
Shop for and source fresh, high-quality ingredients as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Adjust recipes and meals as requested to accommodate any changes in dietary needs or preferences.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Private Chef or in a professional kitchen.
Culinary training or certification is preferred.
Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines and dishes, with a focus on nutritious meals suitable for both adults and children.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the family.
